  • Get enough vitamin B12, which is found in animal products such as meat, fish, and dairy.
  • Ensure adequate levels of zinc, which is found in oysters, beef, and beans.
  • Consider taking a magnesium supplement, as low levels of magnesium have been linked to tinnitus.
  • Ginkgo biloba 120 mg 2 x daily
  • Pycnogenol 150 mg daily to help inner ear circulation and tinnitus
