What Has Your Body Been Trying to Tell You?
You may dismiss one symptom. But what happens when you put ALL your symptoms on one page?
Fatigue gets blamed on getting older.
Bloating gets blamed on dinner.
Joint discomfort gets blamed on activity.
Brain fog gets blamed on stress.
Poor sleep gets blamed on a busy life.
Individually, these symptoms may seem unrelated—and none of them by itself means you have an autoimmune condition.
But looking at your symptoms together can help you recognize patterns worth discussing with your healthcare professional.
Take Your 2-Minute Self-Assessment
For each statement, mark:

2 = Frequently

What Does Your Score Mean?
This questionnaire is not a diagnostic test, and there is no score that proves you have—or do not have—an autoimmune disease.
Instead, use your answers to identify clusters and recurring patterns.
Pay particular attention to questions you marked 2 — Frequently.
Ask yourself:
When did this start?
Which symptoms occur together?
What seems to make them better or worse?
Have they become more frequent?
Have I discussed the complete pattern with my healthcare provider—or only individual symptoms?
Bring your completed assessment to your healthcare professional if you have persistent or concerning symptoms.
