Food allergies or intolerance is a measurable immune response to foods that are harming your body. Food allergies sometimes runs in families due to genetic component. There are theories that food allergies may come about when certain foods are introduced into the diet too early in childhood years. Many children are fed cow’s milk peanut butter, eggs that cause food reactions. Most common reactions to foods are, milk, corn, wheat, soy, chocolate, citrus fruit and artificial sweeteners, and preservatives.

Probiotic 1 capsule 3 x weekly, Gentian Root Take 300 mg 15 minutes before meals. This helps with stomach acid levels.
MSM 1000 mg 2 times daily. This help with food reactions.
